Questions about this order
How long does it take to receive my order?
Every item is custom printed just for you, so production takes a bit longer than items kept in stock. Embroidered products can take extra time to produce. If a listing calls out a longer lead time, that note will be in the product description.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because each item is made to order, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please review the size guide and product details carefully before placing your order.
What size should I order?
Each product page links to a size guide with measurements. Some listings note that a style runs small -- when that's called out, we recommend sizing up.
Do Hose Water Supply Co. gift cards expire?
No. Our e-gift cards have no expiration date.
How can I get help with my order?
Email us at support@hosewatersupply.co and we'll get back to you.
